Sunday Morning Worship Service ...

Hebrews 10:25 ... Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

Morning Worship begins at 11:00 AM each Sunday morning. Morning Worship begins with an opening congregational song. Then announcements of upcoming events and services are made. This is usually followed by a time for sharing praise reports and prayer requests, which is followed by a time of prayer. Next the morning offering is received. This is a time that individuals are allowed to honor God with the tithes and offering. Giving to God should be a joyful time in the service. The Bible teaches us that we are to give to God, and that God loves a cheerful giver (2 Corinthians 9:7). Next is the worship service. The worship service is conducted in a manner to allow all members of the congregation to worship God as they fell lead. This is done through congregational songs, as well as, individuals singing. Members are encouraged to worship God in spirit and in truth (John 4:23-24). After a time of worship, the Word of God is presented through preaching. The preaching of the word is very important to each person. The Bible states that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. The service is concluded with an altar call. The altar call allows individuals to respond to the Holy Spirit as He deals with their heart. It also allows individuals to come forward for prayer for special needs in their lives.
